What is a COG?

The Southwest Ohio Council of Governments (COG) was formed according to Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code. The goal of the COG is to regionalize efforts when it is more cost effective and/or efficient in the administration of and in delivery of service and supports to individuals.
